Changing Perspective

This is an investigation into the breaking of habits, specifically on how to stop people from doing the negative things they like doing. By looking into various forms of graphic communication in relation to psychology, patterns, repetition, and conditioning, I will attempt to generate solutions to alter people's environmentally inefficient behaviors to more positive ones.

What makes people react aversively to changing habits?

Basically people are used to consumption with out much limits.

What incentive do they have to change?
How can people reduce their consumption with out feeling deprived?
